One of Our Favoritest Things Ever!

This summer the boys and I started reading the Junie B. Jones series by Barbara Park and I must say Junie B. has become my favoritest new person ever! I absolutely love her and simply can't get enough. Noah and Denver actually beg me to read to them--in the car, at dinnertime, in the morning when they wake up, at night when they go to bed, in the middle of the day when they're not playing Nintendo--and they never beg me to read to them. My absolute favorite so far is Junie B. Jones and a Little Monkey Business but I have yet to read one of her books that I don't absolutely love. They are great books you can read in a day or two and they are perfect for the pre-K through early reader grades. If you haven't discovered Junie B. yet you are totally missing out. She's simply fabulous.

Definitely one of our favorites to. Ashlie read Junie B. Jones and some Sneaky Peeky Spying yesterday as matter of fact. Have you tried reading any of the Judy Moody books yet? They are similar to Junie B. Jones is content and humor. Ashlie would love to be involved in you reading times too. She mainly reads by herself now because Mom is busy a lot lately. I am jealous to see that you can still, with everything that you are doing, find time to read to them that much! You are such a fun mom. Denise

Shana, I totally agree! When Eliza was reading them, Scott and I used to sort-of fight over who got to read them out loud to her. "You read it last night, I want to read it to her tonight!" We would laugh and laugh at Junie B.! I LOVE those books!

Junie B is Awesome. Did you know Junie B Jones and a Little Monkey Business was made into a stage play too. It was put on by our lacal theatre this past spring and a few of the kids in our ward starred in it. It was really fun! Anyway, we love Junie B., too!

We love Junie B Jones too! Mimi just read four of the books on trip to and from Colorado. Buddy wants to learn how to read so he can enjoy them himself too!
You mentioned getting a book on cd from Wendy's on your New York or Ohio trip and we checked them out and haven't stopped reading them since! Thanks for the tip!
