The Perfect Sandwich for Apple Picking Season and Those Chilly Fall Afternoons

If the weather is getting crisp where you are and you're in the mood for something warm and gooey to eat and, if you've been apple picking this Fall and you're looking for a way to use up all those apples, then this sandwich is for you. I saw Paula Deen whip this baby up the other day and it looked so yummy and easy I had to give it a try. It was right up there with Mark's Monte Cristo's with Homemade Raspberry Jam. Oh my goodness, that sandwich does look delicious. If it weren't Sunday, I'd run to the store right now! Pumpkin bread, homemade raspberry jam... my mouth is watering!

I tried this last week and really enjoyed it. I hand a hankering for it again tonight, but this time I adapted it on an everything bagel. Yummy. Thanks for sharing!
